Information you provide
An assessment request collects your name, email, city or area, property type, project timing, interests and project brief. A telephone number is optional. A consultation booking collects your selected time, name, email, telephone number, priorities and contact consent. We also record the submission reference, time and notice version. Please do not submit passwords, door codes, payment details, camera footage, precise security layouts or another person's private information.
How we use it
We use submitted information to consider your request, arrange a consultation, respond to questions and send related service messages. Contact permission is requested with the form. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing or commit you to a purchase. Technical records help protect the website against abuse and support service delivery.
ZENITH and AI
Simple greetings and guided responses can be prepared locally in your browser. When live AI is used, the conversation you submit is sent through our server to OpenAI to generate a response. The assistant does not control your home or access installed devices. It can prepare a draft brief, but you must review and submit a form to save an enquiry or reserve a consultation. This website does not save chat transcripts in its enquiry database. OpenAI may retain information under its service terms and abuse monitoring policies. We do not promise zero provider retention. You can choose not to use live AI and contact us by email instead.
Service providers and access
The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. Resend processes the details needed to deliver request and booking emails. OpenAI processes submitted live AI conversations. Submitted enquiries are available for authorised Zeta Nest follow up. Hosting and service providers may also process network and diagnostic information under their own policies. These services may process information outside the UAE. This notice does not promise UAE only storage. Contact us for information about the processing arrangements relevant to your request. We do not sell enquiry records, and this version of the site does not load advertising pixels or optional analytics.
Retention and security
Website enquiries and bookings are configured to expire after 90 days and are removed during subsequent server housekeeping. Related notification records are removed with expired requests. Deletion is not instantaneous at the expiry time, and infrastructure backups may follow separate provider schedules. Any continuing customer relationship requires a separate retention basis. The site uses access restrictions, input validation, rate limiting and self hosted ALTCHA verification. Rate limit records use a keyed identifier derived from the requesting IP address rather than storing the raw address in the enquiry database. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may decline to submit information, close or clear the chat, or email info@zetanest.com to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of contact permission. Include your enquiry reference if you have one, but do not email passwords or security codes. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Requests and any applicable exceptions will be handled under the law that applies to the request. This notice covers the website. A connected home installation requires its own agreed data flows, permissions and service arrangements. We will update this notice when the website's information handling materially changes.
